Trustworthy and Friendly
After looking extensively for the particular make and model we were after ...we found one at Cotswolds motors ....From first enquiry to vehicle collection communication from Paul was excellent...making this a hassle and stress free purchase. We had complete confidence that we were being looked after ...and the vehicle was in the best condition it could be. Purchasing a second hand vehicle can be a bit of a (pricey) lottery ....But this company would appear to sell only quality vehicles. I would recommend this company highly ...and would look here first... should I ever need another vehicle

Super helpful and friendly service
Paul was super helpful from the get go. I originally messaged on WhatsApp and he managed to get the car reserved and ready for me the next day. Paul was also very accommodating and reassuring when I went to pick up the car. All in all a very positive experience buying the car.

Today I collected my VW Tiguan from Paul c/o Cotswold Select Autos. The service I received from start to finish was professional, polite and prompt . Paul explained everything in depth, and attention to detail was excellent. The advert was exact. The car was prepped inside and out to a high standard.A fresh MOT was included. On collection, the car was fuelled, my telephone was paired up, radio tuned in and climate control explained. The final touch was a set of car mats that were complimentary, to which I thought was a lovely gesture. All in all, my experience was extremely satisfactory. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cotswold Select Autos, and wish Paul and his Team continued success.

Collected my car today.. Had no issues AT ALL! Everything was easy and smooth. The car had a recall which was sorted by them before I collected. Clean, drives beautifully. No drama at all. went up sorted the docs and drove off happy. Beautiful car and prepped to a high standard.

We purchased a car about 1 month ago and had a great experience with Cotswold Select Autos. We desperately needed a replacement car and Paul able to see us on a Sunday afternoon. We picked up the car the following week. A few days later we had an issue with the transmission. We panicked as we only had the car for 3 days. We spoke to Paul and he was very quick to support. We dropped the car off on Friday and by Saturday, Paul had carried out a full diagnostic report and the issue was a faulty sensor. The car was fixed by Monday evening. Thanks to Paul for his great customer service and would buy a car from here again :)

Great experience with this dealer. I used a broker to get my Finace etc. but Paul and I had some issues with the broker and he ensured he kept the communication with me throughout the process. And did his best to get the car to me as fast as possible even though the broker didn’t make it easy for either of us. When I arrived to collect the car he greeted me straight away talked me through everything. Overall a great experience. Would recommend!

Paul even delivered the car to my home for an initial look, and I subsequently bought the vehicle and he even took my old one away there and then. All done and dusted within an hour and a half.
